By accessing or using my-nudge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
my-nudge is a productivity service. You manage tasks through a web panel, and an AI-powered agent sends you proactive reminders ("nudges") through connected messaging channels such as Telegram, based on your pending tasks, schedule, and preferences.
You can reply to nudges conversationally to update your tasks directly from chat. The service is provided on an ongoing basis and may evolve as we add features and channels.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Some features of my-nudge require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where offered, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you believe you are entitled to one.
To receive nudges you may link a third-party messaging channel such as Telegram. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies, which are outside our control.
You can disconnect a channel at any time from your settings, which will stop nudges being delivered to it.

Nudges and other agent messages are generated by automated AI systems using your task and conversation context. While we work to make them helpful, they may occasionally be inaccurate, mistimed, or incomplete.
You remain responsible for your own tasks, decisions, and deadlines. my-nudge is a reminder aid and should not be relied upon as your sole means of tracking important obligations.
The my-nudge software, branding, and design remain our property. You retain ownership of the tasks and content you create, and you grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and use that content to operate and improve the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nudges will always be delivered on time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed tasks or deadlines, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or the service itself.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
